I think its been almost a week since I started this new health strategy - stay standing as long as I can stand it all day - and it might be working.

How do you notice it is working?

Less abdominal pain, strengthening of muscles in that area. I'm not sure what the problem is, but something has gone wrong somewhere in the vicinity of my gut or bladder.

At least I think that's the effect. It could also be that I'm just healing regardless of the standing.
