Mushroom harvest yesterday! Just a small harvest of a couple of blocks. This is a species I have never grown before. It is called Elm Oyster.

It was definitely a chonky boy and the wavy ends of the caps are distinctive of this species.

After about a year of work, and a wide variety of pieces coming together, 3D printing, embedded software (esphome, Shelly), cloud software (grafana), I have PID controller for the environmental control of the growing tent. It feels like a small achievement, how hard can PIDs be??? But it HAS come together, and I have high hopes that I can really start to ramp up production at this point.
