Thx to snort, we can access to global feed by relay.

We can discover Nostril without garbage spammer on paid relays.

I don't have that option for some reason. Also, what are the other feeds, how can I enable them?

oh it seems you can only do that with paid relays.

Global feed is a shitcoin (except when you can chose your relay). #[1]
