This week I'm trying to learn more about freedom tech options, how to increase my online privacy etc..

Does anyone have a some recommendations for those that are a little tech adverse? I feel like the technology landscape is changing so fast that not having a background in it makes me apprehensive about learning it. So, any beginner recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
