Doesn't matter, all are saying that is no censorship...
Most users don't get it. I heavily censor my instance because I don't want bots and porn spam. Without some type of censorship, it's chaos

I think the key difference between "censorship" and "anti-spam measures" is who does it.
Given nostr design, anyone can run their own relay and implement any kind of policies for themselves and its' users, there is no way to enforce it for all nostr users because there is a choice for an end user.
Anyone who says that is wrong. It definitely counts as censorship. It's just not censorship that's occurring on Nostr.
So far there is no central authority deciding who are allowed to use nostr and who aren't.
