Honest question

Does leadership in Washington want to balance the budget by tackling this almost 40 trillion dollar deficit.

I believe a small number of members of the house and senate would like a balanced budget. Overwhelmingly I believe most don’t care and only worry about growing their own net worth and supporting the lobby groups they received funding from.

Prove me wrong 😑
