8pm tonight will put me at a full 3 day fast. Wasn't too bad (we'll see if I hit a wall today). Nothing but water with a dash of fine grain baja sea salt added to it to maintain some minerals.
I've also been curving other things that release dopamine. Took a two-mile walk yesterday evening, felt a little more cognizant of reality. It's kind of weird. Probably going to push myself to only eat, say, 20 days out of the month, have a few two or three day fasts, maybe one 5 day, and only eat when I do in a two to four hour window.
Life is healthier when you learn to eat to live and not live to eat. Not to mention the inconvenience of having to deal with food all the time. Let your body heal.
