I don’t think everyone realizes lightning isn’t a second layer in the sense of paper money backed by gold

It’s like if gold were the base layer and people could dematerialize gold particles (*harmlessly) across spacetime and rematerialize on the other side in a flash

Lightning IS sats, the real deal. “Pegged” currencies are obsolete now. That’s kinda the whole point!!
