Is it just me or something does not add up with bitcoin ETFs?

Investors yesterday deposited a lot of USD in the new bitcoin ETFs, right? Before yesterday those ETF managers did not have any BTC, right? So today they must buy all that BTC for the value deposited in ETFs yesterday. How did they buy that amount of BTC today without raising the price at all? Were there entities dependent on these managers that they forced to sell at the low prices? Obviously, how else. But how is this legal? Where is the open market, SEC, and all those heavenly good things promised by the so called western democracy?

Anything the financial institutions touch is an open fraud in your face.
