I don't have any experience doing it but if you already have a Ledger I would try and use that with their Ledger Live Software. It's full of features like swapping and of course they support most of the shitcoins.
Otherwise move them back to an exchange and sell or swap them against Bitcoin.
TNX for the suggestion but that doesn't work for all swaps. I have found a solution though so no need to move them to centralized exchange

I even have a ref link now! I decided I'll try to also make an app using their api. Probably only gonna use it myself but it will at least be useful for me and those of my friends who went for various coins in the past and now wanna move to btc only
