Venting warning

Finally got the above-ground parts replaced for my well. Now I have to dig a trench to lay the wire to the electric box and install a 30amp breaker for the pump. Then it's a completely arbitrary and ad-hoc evaluation from the pain-in-the-ass electric company (Intercounty Electric Co-op) to put in a meter so I can FINALLY use it. So many TINY-BRAINED people to deal with.
