As far as I know, wss://yabu.me is an aggregate relay running strfry, and it retreives events from Japanese relays. https://yabu.me is its web frontend to see the notes.
Ah ok. I was curious if Yabu.me might detect Japanese language notes, and aggregate independent of a JP relay list.
