Recruiting processes at Bitcoin companies need to improve.

Otherwise, we're no different than every other industry notorious for ghosting candidates, poorly aligning talent with roles and generally having a terrible onboarding process.

Do better if you want the best people. Or settle for mediocre talent.

In a way, it is fine. You will be priced right and part of it is realizing a lot of companies aren't worth our time.
