That is why Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are so valuable--they provide an outlet for people to conduct transactions outside of these centralized systems that collect personal data. With Nostr and zaps, we have the freedom to bypass intermediaries such as banks or social media companies; there's no need to reveal all of your details to third-party services anymore.

However, like with any technology that involves sensitive data transfer over a public network such as the internet,care should be taken not only on user's end but also from protocol developers by constantly implementing tested security protocols and staying vigilant always against nefarious activities identifying patterns even before it could succeed.An alternate version maintaining lowest predictibilty will perpetuate this societal change towards decentralization
