This is one of those questions where I wouldn't know where to begin. There isn't even a similarity. They're entirely different in usecase, protocol, everything.

This is the kind of question that I feel can only be answered by explaining first what nostr is and what lightning is and then asking what similarities this person thought they had so I could clear it up from there lol.
