he was a huge influence on me, through the philosophy he shared, the racism he helped chinese people overcome in the west and ofc for my martial arts training. i trained in wingchun from bruce's lineage for years while in s/e asia. dream come true kind of rooftop training. i used to have a signed (long/dragon) kung fu deploma from his first school, but i had to sell it because i didn't want the humidity to damage it. i went to Bruce and Brandon's gravesite in seattle some years ago and stayed for a couple of hours. it was so awesome to see so many years later, people showing up about every 10 minutes to pay tribute to the master and his son.

Oh my gosh those are beautiful stories. Thank you so much for sharing, Ava. I didn’t know that Seattle was his resting place and the resting place of his son. That’s so profound that you went and that many people do. Hes prolific indeed 💜
