It is for Intel hardware .. you cant run Android on it ..I think ..

Plus running Debian on Android sucks .. tried that on my #Android Tablet . .. a while back

Termux is great .. on Android and it pretty much covers everything that you would want from a Linux distro .. but then it lacks the purity of Deb :-)
