
Workout this morning,
2 rounds of
1 Mile followed by as many rounds as possible of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 air squats
3 minute rest between rounds
ran 7:25 and 8:31 mile
did 9 rds +10 reps
Not too bad after a month with almost no cardio and no running at all. We'll see how Murph goes next week.
