Under Section 504 of the House intelligence committee’s bill, any entity that has access to *equipment* on which communications may be transmitted or stored, such as an ordinary router, is fair game.

So let me get this straight, the ruling class can have access to ANY information about the lives of the populace, and gets to determine what information the populace is allowed to access about them?
