Clearly they'll need to start releasing it at some point, because building tanks till kingdom come isn't an option, so that's the problem there. But I bet ya that when that happens, the water will be scrubbed as much as humanly possible, with is something nobody even attempts in China, leave alone having any kind of success doing that
