The iodine in Betaisodona is definitely good. I would be concerned about the alcohol. Alcohol destroys cells.

I would replace this product with Lugol's iodine solution with added DMSO.

You always have to be a little careful when taking iodine. Iodine has a strong detoxifying effect, especially with bromine.

Detoxification is not wrong.

You just need to know how to do it properly, such as by taking chelating compounds. Otherwise, toxins will only be released into the body, leading to re-intoxication.
