Antipa was tonsured a monk at Esfigmenu Monastery on Mount Athos. Later, he lived as a hermit. Known for his ascetic life and gift of healing, many sought his spiritual guidance. He foresaw his death three days in advance, peacefully passing away, a testament to his devotion.
