I always wondered why some indie devs avoid releasing their games on GOG. Turns out their support is terrible, they just send you a Word doc and leave you to figure it all out on your own.

When I get myself a modern hardware, I'll buy every game in GOG if possible
GOG gets some really nice deals, sometimes games are more cheap there than any other store across all platforms
Also DRM free
