Most festivals are snob elitists that only accept applications from labels or booking agencies
Got a show june 20th tho, but it'll be my 4th time performing at that same event (it's the 4th edition of it)
Otherwise I'm crossing my fingers but I don't feel like I can do much
if you're independent, you're going to have to carve your own way.
Do smaller gigs or host your own shows at a smaller scale.
Festival buyers need to pick acts that will draw in crowds and ensure people actually pay for a ticket. So if you can't pull in a crowd, even like 1000 people, then most festivals will overlook you or put you on some acoustic stage.
