Those look delicious. We have 2 medium size (but very tall) cherry trees and the birds take them all. I find pits littered all around the yard. I gave up and just offer them up as a sacrifice for the rest of the garden. HaHa. I tried netting but its hard to do, it's ugly, and birds were getting stuck inside.

Yeah, the birds are a challenge!

Last year I went down a rabbit hole on pruning fruit trees, realized mine was growing too tall and needed to cut most of the big branches to encourage it to grow outward rather than upward.
