One thing I like about this town is seeing groups of bored children running around finding stuff to do.
The oldest of that group of kids couldn't have been more than 10.
Just roaming around the town, traffic being the only real danger.
There aren't even fish in the local creek.
There's nothing here, it's like suburbia but rural, boring but peaceful.
The kind of place I'd like to retire when I'm old.
Half the population here are 60+ so it's essentially just a big retirement village already.
