The fees I seen so far were 1 sat when sent to you and I send a 23 sat payment and was charged 1 sat. So this appears to be a 1 sat minimum fee. But The other transactions seem be WOS to WOS wallets and I wasn’t charged a fee. But I don’t know what their stated fee rate structure is.
