No secret ballots. Let everyone know which of their neighbors support extorting their money from them and how much for a given reason. One adult citizen equals one vote? It equals one share of the tax bill for the new program. Program is 100 billion dollars and there 260,837,000 citizens? Add 384 dollars to everyone’s federal income tax bill across the top. No more spending money of people who won’t be born for another couple of centuries. What’s good for the federal government is of course good for the state and local governments as well.
