Two wallets, inactive for 949 days, have recently become active, spending 12.37 million DAI to purchase 7,738 ETH at an average price of $1,599 per ETH, according to data from Lookonchain. One of the wallets has already deposited a portion of the acquired ETH into Tornado Cash.
