I use it and have been trying to move away, but still couldn't find a better alternative for group chats.

SimpleX is good for 1-1, maybe Signal as well. But SimpleX allows hosting own servers.

Hope Nostr based chat apps create more and more great features so we can move there asap 💜 will check out 0xChat, still haven’t!

A private Nostr relay with authentication and a client dedicated to it might be a solution.

Anyway, I'm happy to be in any cool groups regardless what you end up using✌️
