You can upload a picture to nostr.build

Then copy the link to the picture you uploaded into your nostr client. On your profile, there should be a button to edit it. There you'll be able to set your name and profile picture.

You can also use Wallet of Satoshi to get a lightning address to put in your profile to so you can receive zaps.
