I want to use tailscale but you have to use a centralized identity provider or run your own email stack (which I understand is basically a full time job). Linking all my private home network access traffic to a google account is a terrifying prospect. How can you trust it?

Is it feasible to make a dedicated burner account? Seems like it would be trivial to link this data to your identity.
