It seems like I am still struggling to get over this, and now my wife has the same thing. ๐Ÿคข

Stay healthy out there. ๐ŸŒž

GMโ€ฆ Happy SAT-urday!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿ

Long version https://www.youtube.com/live/x9nUN_dBcxc and short version https://www.youtube.com/live/cVhEOHCpSKM This Winter in Perth, Australia there have been so many people ill. My husband and I have avoided it ourselves, thank goodness. We make sure our vitamin D is up (get tested for your level), we love garlic in just about every meal that we can and we eat good food and sleep well. We wash hands after every outing and use Flo travel nasal spray before we go out. Not sure if it helps yet we believe we've not had Covid yet, unless asymptomatic. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ€๐Ÿคž

Yikes! ๐Ÿ˜จ

Covid lingers in the nose for about 48 hours before moving into the lungs. Either of these can help reduce risk if used after exposure or public events.

We've been using Flo travel nasal spray any time we go out. ๐Ÿงก Plus we keep our vitamin D levels high.

Take:

- CoQ10

- Vitamin B complex

- High dose Vitamin C

- NAC (or Augmented NAC if you can get it)

- Black Cumin Seed oil

- Nattokinaise

Looking into that stack now. ๐Ÿ‘Œ

PS. I can't zap you. โšก

๐Ÿ‘ Try to get sunlight as well (obvs autumn now but even rolling up ur sleeves helps). Sunrise and sunset gazing also good; it'll stimulate melatonin production which is a powerful antioxidant.

I don't do cults (i.e. ICANN routed payments).

Omega 3 also very important. A recent high powered DB RCT study in switzerland indicates that a combination of Omega 3, Vit D3, and exercise... reduces cancer risk by 60%
