Two people respected in the community start an open collective, or something similar, and recieve donations. Ask opensats for a donation for relays. Relay operators can submit invoices for infrstructure, up to a certain limit, if they need help. The fund operators then pay or zap a % of the invoice. Relay operators are out stuggling and every little helps.
