Nostr (or something that resembles it) will be the last social platform / protocol I’ll ever join. I’m not leaving and have zero plans to go elsewhere simply because everything else is brain rot. I will not subject myself to manufactured addiction. This place is nice despite the many quirks and flaws.

I agree. I spent time away but when I'm back for even a few days there's an energy and possibility that infects me. This time I've decided to dream more publicly and challenge convention with compassion because Nostr can become so much more.
Happens to me as well, time away from Nostr. Then I come back and can express freely. And get zaps ⚡️ as well
Feel the same. And the gap between Nostr and the rest seems to widen, now that we have a base for comparison.
