Tough decisions being made. Trying to decide which coffee to order for the cheese to roast. I'm leaning toward Peru, it sounds a little more exciting than the Brazil but both have the flavor profile I usually go for ☕🤔. #coffee #coffeechain

Fellow rooster and I'd get both but the Peruvian looks like it would be my first pick. Then again I love East African coffee so the fruit part leans more that way.
I enjoy the fruits but not the bright citrus and acidity. I'm a bold, dark fruits kind of gal 🤷♀️. It is calling to me though and I'm usually not wrong when I go with my gut.
