I created a issue on multiple reactions on github:

https://github.com/vitorpamplona/amethyst/issues/1010

Is this a client or a nostr general problem? It seems a very heavy issue in my opinion. Since it means that the reaction count is currently near to meaningless.

People can react as many times as they want, including with the same reaction. There is no way to block it from happening. And since millions of accounts can be created instantly just to like your post, the count will never be reliable. You always need to factor who is liking it.
