If you put it on a webpage sure why not
A note can be a webpage, maybe we need some way for a profile to link to a primary note
I used nostrsites for a while, but now it's dead. 😭

it can contain content to be rendered by a webpage or a server doing the transform, but otherwise its just a json data blob
