If, per the link, “exposure to low-intensity ELF-EMF/Static Fields and RFR at levels allowable under current federal public safety limits pose health risks”, then why doesn’t the ridiculously high exposure to that same radiation during high summer, solar storms, etc produce magnified effects? Why don’t we have centuries of evidence of continuous neurological decline and genetic decay?

Where are the mutants?

We are only concerned with manmade RFR--that is why the military is able to weaponize it.

The primary method of weaponization is directed microwaves. IE, burning people. That’s measured in 100s of 1,000,000mw. That’s 5+ orders of magnitude higher than what you’re talking about.

Water is good for you. But 5 orders of magnitude more than “normal” all at once will kill you.

How do you know there is no damage? The amount of people sick especially with cancer is rising. What is causing that?
