I just had to make another pit stop to chow down on eel from Ishiki Cho (Aichi prefecture) .
The eel over rice in the pic is from a shop named Kanematsu
They bring the donburi to you on a golden tray if you order toku-jyo (Super Premium) which is a nice touch
The difference between nami, jyo, tokujyo is the amount of eel you get.
