He doesn't know what he's talking about with Japan... We don't vote for the prime minister... They're chosen by the party with a majority. We only get to vote for much lower level people (well, I don't get to vote for anyone because I'm not a Japanese national). Not sure where he's getting these ideas from... Just making stuff up?

Much of what he says is sophistry. As he puts it, in the US, healthcare is free. He says, "Just don't pay it. It's the law, they have to help you." But he conveniently skips over the fact that this only applies to emergencies and excludes many ongoing treatment and all preventive plans. Plus, there's no mention of the lifestyle limitations and missed opportunity cost that come with tanking your credit score.
