Trying to restore my cloned Linux partition to a new partition on my backup Windows laptop is taking me closer to relapsing into drug use than at any point in the last 4 years of recovery. Not to put too fine a point on it but fuck this shit.

nostr:npub1xhskmh9m9cxhs68mujt9wrvmqj6ezykn2vz97at357qzm6cg4d8sp5fqu3 I had that on Friday when I was simply trying to get my S21 to connect to this Windows 7 machine I have to transfer some files. Granted, my wireless adapter is a little janky and doesn't like to stay connected. Same with the S21. The cords are kinda crappy, and the USB. when it works right, it instantly detects and pulls up the phones folders in a new window. (As it did the first time, and I was able to transfer a few things). But then it disconnected. And for the remainder of the time, when I unplug and replug the cord, it slowly tries to download drivers for it for some reason, which it clearly doesn't need or already has, so I unplug, try again. Ad infinitum. I had to stop after a while because of the rage. It should be a simple thing and it was just infuriating. Technology.
