I am a literalist. I strong opinions about organized religion. I have absolutely unshakable certainty about the meaning of life.

I understand I am an animal here on earth. I am only here thanks to the thousands of individuals in my family tree striving and making sacrifices. My duty is to make sure all of that isn’t in vein. The deliberate choice to not have children is suicide of your family line. My after life will be in my children. Not somewhere imaginary but here on earth. I am the afterlife of my ancestors. This life is our only chance. Love it fully and this universe will reward you.

What is the meaning of life? You will find it when you look in the mirror. The world is much more simple than you think!

Awesome. I often think about how our lineages go back to the origin of life.

We are petty magic in that way ✨✨✨

Can I ask, why do you feel a duty to make sure that the sacrifices of your family are not in vein? Just curious, because what you are describing sounds like morality based around worshipping your own family. Not something an animal would understand or care about.
