Thanks, did you know the difference between public and private Relay ?
Yes - if by private relay, you mean paid relays.
Relays are the servers your posts are written to & read from.
On public relays like relay.damus.io or nos.lol anyone can publish their posts to.
However on paid relays like nostr.wine only people who have paid & subscribed to the relay can publish their posts there. But even non-subscribers can read posts from paid relays (for now).
There's a 3rd category that allows only paid subscribers to publish & read. But it's WIP
