How does a founder who has spent last 10 years on a platform based marketplace transition to value4value reality, within the company.

1. Instead of observing valuation of the company, observe valuation of bitcoin vs prices of goods / other denominator instead.

- This would require moving a tiny percentage at first on bitcoin hodl, whatever it can afford - USD1 or 10,000, to have skin in the game.

- On approach by new investors who want to invest in company, pass them a deck of bitcoin instead.

- Look at options to buy back shares, so that it can move towards some form of DAO.

- Keep company small, 20 to 30 team size.

2. Start a parallel small ground up experimental de-centralized project. I'm researching into dergigi’s manifesto.
