Depends what you mean by capitalism
If you mean large, remote impersonal markets directing capital then I could see it going either way
If you mean the accumulation of capital driving human progress then I don't see that going away anytime soon
Capitalism is just human nature. There is no late stage. It is as a part of forever as arms, legs, a torso, and a head.
Capitalism, socialism, fascism, democracy, oligarchy, plutocracy, aristocracy, republicanism, fiat, crypto, tolerance, intolerance or whatever.
Society has become a Rorschach test where everyone sees the things they hate eroding the things they like.
