If you read everything Satoshi wrote and you pay attention to how Craig Wrong behaves, it's pretty obvious that they're not the same person.
I can only conclude that whoever believes he's Satoshi has never read Satoshi's posts.

I think the Faketoshi saga can be attributed to either
- Mental illness
- Attempt at getting the real Satoshi to make a mistake and somehow self dox
both are possible/likely of course
