$MSTR is going to break the stock market.

They are going to sell a new sock $STRK which is an IPO that pays an 8% dividend which they will fund by selling MSTR stock

then they use the proceeds of $STRK stock sales which trade at a 1000x premium to $MSTR to buy bitcoin for microstrategy

who would buy this crazy $STRK stock? all the dumb preferred stock funds and ETFs (blackrock and vanguard) that want bitcoin and can't get it.

correction: dividend is $8 not 8% and is fixed at $8 which based on the $100 $STRK ipo price is 8%

they can pay the dividend in $MSTR shares or cash
