Don’t be afraid of sharing your ideas no matter what anyone thinks or may think or for the fear of being cancelled.

Exploring ideas is not the same as endorsing them or endorsing them in their initial form.

Sometimes bad ideas lead to great ones. Your bad idea could be just what is needed 💪

A good way to think about ideas is in pros and cons. This removes the bias and people can focus on potential pros that can be adopted as is or morphed into something with fewer cons and more upsides.

Great note! As a writer, this is something I struggled with in the early part of my career.

As soon as I realized that sharing is 100 times better than holding back or, even worse, trying to bend to social standards, I felt rejoiced and couldn't stop.

Thanks for the reminder 💪

This is exact how I behaved in the early days of Twitter. Afraid to share anything because someone might think it’s dumb. Definitely some imposter syndrome as well.

Once I realized I don’t really care what anyone thinks, people started reaching out saying how much they appreciates me sharing. That’s a win in my book.

100% Once you realize people don’t have any power over you, the confidence kicks in and you start publishing or creating more and be heard out there.

Bad idea + good feedback on it leads to growth

💯

Yes, there is a greater need for transparent sharing in Nostr. There is no need to do ideological censorship. As long as the information is sincere and transparent, it is better than one-sided information.

Saying ideas out loud even help the people themselves:

- How could I say that better?

- I said that, but I forgot about that other detail.

- I said that and it's there, I can think about other things now.

Thanks for the note!

Indeed. Helps improve your own thought process as well. Get the junk out to get to the good stuff.

Right!👍

In the free market of opinions and ideas , the good ones will win out .
