Could you explain this to me? What is a VB and how does it work, been on Nostr for a long time and still don't know. 🤣

It's the total size of a transaction. In virtual bytes. Virtual bytes is type of size.

Old addresses have bigger sizes than segwit addresses.

Also if you combine multiple utxos , the size of the transaction is bigger, hence more costly
